A deposit of one night room and tax is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 14 nights prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 nights Prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night room and tax. As of day of arrival, early departures will be charged a $50 change fee.

Attendees may call 1-877-LAV-ROCK or e-mail resvlav@vailresorts.com book their rooms. Reservation hours are 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Please identify yourselves as part of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States to qualify for the group rates. Group rates are offered until the reservation deadline of May 31, 2007.

Deposit: One night room and tax at the time of booking. Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Cancellations received prior to May 31, 2007 forfeit one night deposit. Individual rooms cancelled after May 31, 2007 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total room charge for all nights reserved, plus tax.
